Huygens Professional comes with three user guides.

Also in the manual is information on how to use Tcl for scripting the
Huygens Professional to do tasks which can be automated.
The second is the Huygens Professional Reference Manual which offers
information on topics of deconvolution and more in depth information
on the use of the Huygens Professional.
The third is the SVI Deconvolution Recipes for image restoration.
It contains specialized knowledge and tips on topics like recording
microscopic images, how to get a Point Spread Function and information on
Doing Deconvolution.
